The "Dottorato in Matematica e Statistica" was created in 2001 by merging two preexisting "Dottorati di Ricerca" in Mathematics and Scientific Computation and in Mathematical Statistics. Details about the activities of these can be found in the following pages.

Moreover, the Department supports the following "Dottorato di Ricerca".

• Dottorato in Matematica Computazionale e Ricerca Operativa (Ma.C.R.O.).
